Great for children! (and adults alike!) High in protein and fiber.
- 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tbsp sea salt
Puree all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. If you find this to thick add some more warm water.
